Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Methods: Cash or check preferred. Credit and debit card payments have a fee of 3.5%. Venmo has a processing fee of 2%. Zelle has a processing fee of 1% through our business bank account. 

2. All payments are due within 24 hours of job completion. Failure to pay on time may result in a 10% price increase every day until payment is received.  Top of Form

3. For mobile jobs that require exterior work, we will need access to a hose or water spigot. 

4. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24-hour’s notice as courtesy.

5. Vehicle damage will be documented prior to starting the job. 

6. Price may increase if there is embedded dog hair, embedded sand, heavy soiling, tar, ETC. Price may decrease if we notice certain services do not need to be performed. We do not perform mold nor biohazard removals. 

7. For interiors that require steam cleaning of surfaces or hot water extraction of upholstery, a $100 charge will be added for each. (Mainly for interiors in very severe condition). We will try to the best of our ability to remove all stains but cannot guarantee that every stain can be removed during upholstery shampooing. 

8. For ceramic coating and/or paint correction jobs, we can’t promise every defect will be removed. We take paint measurements prior to polishing to see how much material is available to work with and ensure you will have a safe amount of clearcoat remaining after polishing.
