Iron removal is a process that chemically decontaminates your wheels and paint. The chemical will dissolve brake dust, fallout, or any metallic particles that are embedded in the paint or wheels, turning these elements water-soluble into a purple liquid. This process is not harmful to your vehicle whatsoever. 

Clay barring is a process that mechanically decontaminates your vehicles glass and paint from embedded contaminants. If your vehicles paint feels rough even after a wash, the clay bar treatment will suit your needs to get your vehicles paint smooth again.
